Our bar & restaurant “Ocean” is located in a city park, where there are always a lot of people. It’s been 4 months since we purchased plastic food replicas. As the fake dishes are displayed in a conspicuous place, people come to look at the original gimmick.
Since we decorated windows with plastic food models, the flow of visitors has increased. And so has the average bill per guest. Dishes that were rarely ordered became more popular. Monthly income increased on average by 140%. We are still expecting profit growth as a result of the increasing number of regular customers.
