Step 1. Contact us

Step 2. Send us the photos of your dishes

Please send us the photos of your meals to the e-mail, that you will get after contacting us. It will be enough to start with one picture of each dish, made close up, from the top.

Afterwards, we will ask you to fill out a detailed order form.

Step 3. Price calculation

Our craftsmen will calculate the cost of your order, which depends on:

An amount of needed materials,
Food products needed for cooking a meal as shown in the picture,
The price of the dishware (glasses, plates, etc.),
In case your company has its own brand dishware, you should send it to us as well.

We can offer to choose the dishware for you if you wish. But we can’t guarantee that it will be 100% identical to the size and design of your plates or glasses.

Step 4. Payment

After price calculation, we send you a proforma invoice.
You should check the information in the invoice and make some corrections if needed.
We discuss discount possibilities and opportunities for a bonus.
We sign a contract.
We send you a bill.

Step 5. The production process

After receiving full payment, we start making the replicas.

we create a technical enquiry in Japanese for our craftsmen,
we buy the food products and dishware,
we cook the complete copies of the meals according to the pictures you have sent,
our craftsmen take replicas from the meals and make the fake copies.

The craftsmen are estimating the costs.

We are discussing the design questions.

Step 6. Additional information and design discussion

During the production process, the craftsmen might ask you some additional questions. They might as well ask you to make more pictures.

Step 7. The delivery

When your order is completed, we will carefully pack it and send it to your address. You will receive a parcel track number, which allows you to follow the package online. We will also be there to help you if you have any questions.
