Food Replicas for Japanese Restaurant Menu: Shinsei Expands Its Display

This is the second order from Shinsei Sushi, a Japanese restaurant in Riccione, Italy. After installing our sushi and roll food replicas in the first project, the client saw a clear effect from showing dishes in the window and came back to expand the display. This time the order covers the hot side of the menu — five food replicas for the Japanese restaurant menu of yakisoba, fried rice and a salmon temaki, produced as custom food replicas matched to the restaurant’s actual plating. For restaurant owners, a repeat order is the most honest proof that food replicas work: the client returned and invested again because the first display did its job.
