Just a Few Seconds to Capture Attention
Travelers pass by airport restaurants carrying luggage, feeling hungry, tired, and pressed for time. Their decision to stop for a meal or continue to the departure gate is often made within seconds. Flat menu board photos were no longer enough to convey the freshness and quality of the dishes. The concept needed a strong visual hook that could capture attention from a distance and remain attractive under the bright lighting of the terminal. Healthy Bowl Food Replicas provided exactly that, helping the restaurant showcase its menu in a realistic and eye-catching way.
Healthy Bowl Food Replicas for an Airport Restaurant Display
Our artisans created five Healthy Bowl Food Replicas for the display of an airport restaurant, reproducing the complete signature bowl collection. Each replica was assembled in the same serving bowls used by the restaurant to ensure an authentic presentation. Throughout the production process, we carefully clarified the color, shape, and preparation of every ingredient so that the custom food replicas accurately matched the original dishes in both size and appearance. Since plantains are not commonly available in Japan, we specially ordered them from the Philippines to reproduce the ingredient as accurately as possible.
The Display Immediately Proved Its Value
The Healthy Bowl Food Replicas began attracting customer attention from the first day they were installed. Encouraged by the results, Paradies Lagardère immediately started photographing additional menu items to expand the collection of food replicas displayed in the airport restaurant.
