About Nippon Dom

Nippon Dom is a Tokyo-based studio created to give restaurateurs worldwide access to authentic Japanese food replicas. Since 2010, we have been the bridge between the workshops of the Iwasaki Group in Japan and restaurants, cafés, and food retailers around the world.

Japanese factories traditionally work only with local clients — they need the original freshly cooked dish to take a cast from. Nippon Dom solves this: we recreate your dishes from photos, prepare technical specifications in Japanese, and pass everything to the master craftsmen for production.
