About the Project

Aurora is a fast food point in Moscow that specialises in shawarma. The cafe came to Nippon Dom for a counter display that would present its menu at full size.

Shawarma Replicas for Fast Food Cafe Display

Nippon Dom produced three shawarma replicas for fast food cafe display, covering the three ways the cafe serves the dish: a classic lavash wrap, a shawarma in grilled bread and a shawarma box. Each piece was made to match the real dishes, with the diamond grill marks painted by hand on the bread and the wrap, and came with a display stand and a price tag.
