Our Japanese silicone food masters team uses the same culinary tools as a professional pastry chef: spatulas, whipped cream piping bags, tips, and tubes. The only difference is that we use silicone instead of cream.
Sometimes we have some difficulties cooking a baked base that should be a 100% copy of what our customers use in their desserts. In that case, we kindly ask to send us an initially baked base ( cake, waffle etc.)
