Ordering Process for Custom Food Replicas
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp or the contact form on our website. If everything is already clear, you can proceed directly to the next step.
Send us photos of your dishes or drinks (phone camera is enough) by email or WhatsApp. Our artisans will review them and provide a preliminary cost estimate. The price of one food replica depends on the order volume and usually ranges from $160 to $200 USD per item.
If you are satisfied with the price, production time, and other terms, we will prepare a contract and send you an invoice for payment. Once the payment is confirmed, we start creating your custom Japanese food replicas.
Together with the contract and invoice, we will send you a brief form to confirm the quantity, portion size, and ingredient details of your dishes. This ensures that every food replica is crafted with accuracy.
Once we receive your payment and the completed brief, our artisans start the production process. Each Japanese food replica is handmade with attention to every detail.
The production takes about 5 weeks. During this time, our artisans may reach out with clarifying questions regarding the design. Please note: we do not provide step-by-step photos during the manufacturing process.
When the replicas are finished, we will send you photos of all completed items for your confirmation before shipping.
We ship the replicas via international courier services EMS. Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.
We track the shipment together with you. Once the replicas are delivered, we confirm that everything arrived safely and ask for your feedback about the quality and our service.
