FAQ
Frequently asked
Questions
What countries do you accept orders from?
We accept online orders to create custom food replicas from photos, and ship worldwide.
You can order food replicas by simply sending us your dish photos via email or WhatsApp. Photos taken with a regular phone camera are perfectly fine — you can also send us your restaurant’s menu. Studio-quality images are not required.
How much do food replicas cost?
The price of food replicas depends on the size of the dish, the number of ingredients, and the total order volume.
To calculate the exact cost of your replicas of dishes, simply send us photos of your meals.
On average, the food replica price ranges from $160 to $220 per item.
What is the size of food replicas of dishes?
The size of food replicas is the same as the actual dish served in your restaurant.
We produce replicas of dishes in full scale to help your customers clearly understand the portion size and volume of the meal they are going to order.
What tableware are food replicas made in?
Food replicas are usually displayed on real plates. We carefully select tableware that closely matches the size, color, and shape of your restaurant’s dishes.
However, there may be slight differences in shade or size.
If it’s important for your food replicas to be presented exactly in your own restaurant tableware, you are welcome to send us your plates — we will use them when creating and displaying your replicas of dishes.
How long does it take to manufacture food replicas?
The production time for silicone food replicas is approximately 5–6 weeks.
This timeframe is due to the technical specifics of the handmade production process — each food replica is carefully crafted and painted by hand to ensure high quality and realism.
For large orders exceeding 100 food replicas, the production may take up to two months.
How long does it take to see results after placing food replicas in the display window?
You start getting results immediately after placing food replicas in your restaurant’s display window.
They begin increasing sales from day one, as their realistic appearance grabs attention, stimulates appetite, and encourages passersby to enter your restaurant.
Can it happen that food replicas don’t work?
In the entire history of food replica production, there hasn’t been a single case where replicas were used without increasing sales.
Japanese food replicas consistently double or even triple revenue — but to achieve maximum results, it’s important to display and light them properly.
